The passion to found a non profit organization began with a primary focus on the social and economic well being of women. This focus has been with me since I was 16 years old.

At the age of 16, I was placed in a youth facility and became emancipated as a Minor. I didnt realize that the emancipation basically served as a badge of honor. My badge of honor would lead me down a path of self discovery. Educational achievements. Teaching myself business etiquette. Teaching myself the benefits of obtaining an education on levels beyond highschool. Educating myself and others about job readiness and financial growth. The business world can be a struggle for women who have minimal knowledge of how to lower the glass ceiling and create your own table for others to sit alongside you. Once I realized that the knowledge ive obtained must be shared, mentoring other Women became my focus.
